Lack of Team Parity in Content Drops...

I have long been a proponent of a little more balance in their releases as far as teams are concerned.
They have a problem though and I understand it. The east and west coast teams have bigger followings. The Yankees and Dodgers have more desirable legends. SDS can see which cards are in the biggest demand and probably even which cards are in the most squads.
So, I have never preached that things should be 100% balanced but that the gap between the teams with the most and the teams with the least not be quite so wide. I have not done a legend and flashback tally this year but maybe it is about that time.

Here is the chart as of a few minutes ago. It may not include any of todays cards that have not been discovered yet (like the new Jazz card)
This seems to be pretty standard from year to year where the Yankees or Dodgers have 3 times the number of cards as the lowest teams.
There is not one team that is lagging behind all of the others though. There is a batch of them.

I noticed the cubs got 3 today, so they may be tied for the lead?
Yankees got 2?
Dodgers got 1?So the top three just keep on adding.
Meanwhile the Brewers got 0 giving them sole possession of last place.

@pbake12_PSN Eguy got a card in the Easter program because of his name. That’s literally the only reason. It’s not an attack on other teams or players. It’s his name, pronounced “EGGY” get it? EGGY you know? Like Easter Eggs? For the Easter program?

@BJDUBBYAH_PSN I do like creativity! I guess I didn't know that was how his name was pronounced. The only good Brewers option that comes to mind of players actually in the MLB is Quinn Pri"ESTER" (as in Easter). Seems like a missed opportunity.

Angels are at 1 diamond RP and 0 diamond or gold SP. I've been doing TA for nearly every team and I think this is the worst pitcher situation in the game. They need to not just balance the teams, but also balance the positions of the cards.

@DankArtifact658_XBL I totally understand as a Rangers fan. For years we got shafted and even in 23 when we won it all wwe didn't get anything until after the World Series. Even now we are getting cards and it still bugs me seeing Beltre in a Dodgers uniform. Just have patience and be happy when you do get cards and they are a higher over!

So they should just make someone a gold or diamond to make it easier on you? I should have thought about demanding that before i did the Angels with a bronze pitcher...

Extremely puzzled as a Red Sox fan why Jason Bay was released as a Red Sox today. My fan base is certainly not suffering for card releases this year.
Bay was just as good and played far longer with the Pirates having won the Rookie of the Year and being named twice to the All-Star game as a Pirate. He was brought in as the guy to replace Manny Ramirez...the new legend in this year's game. Manny was so beloved that Bay was never embraced by the fan base. He left in free agency after only one full season with the club.

Apparently they believe people love the most popular teams, considering the big exciting Easter program prize is a Yankee that is the 3rd best 2nd baseman card released today.

@LegioXIII_MLBTS Exactly man. It's just puzzling decisions like that make he scratch my head. Does SDS really make more money/generate more interest because Jason Bay of all people is given a Red Sox card over a Pirates? No. So what's the point? I really want to know what goes into these decisions and why the people in charge just flat out don't care.
