I did. I am fairly good at the game and lost a mini boss with 3 perfect-perfect outs... need to reward perfects in showdowns. One off the pitchers head that was then caught. So then i needed 13 runs to win final. Got to 42 then lost on check swing grounder with bases loaded. I don't mind losing when i at least get pxp and mission items, but showdowns are just a waste of time if you lose. -
THIS one is a waste because they’re all FA, but others count for stat and PXP missions

@IrishFist412_MLBTS yes, I was only referring to Showdowns being useless; they added stat missions to them and recently also PXP.

@yankblan_PSN I see PXP but no mission stats after Showdown game and that PXP is showing the PXP of the Conquest game I had before Showdown since the players with PXP are on my DD team and not the Pipeline players I used in the Showdown.

I believe you get pxp & stat missions in Diamond quest but not Showdown

You get mission progress and now PXP( but not stats)in the DQ showdowns.
Didn't get anything in the NL showdown,don't know if you're supposed to or not( can't remember if it did in the spring breakout or starter ones) -

You can’t even earn the Doby card without getting a showdown win

The others were easy,but needing that many runs against Satchel was just plain evil.
Did it but dam.
Mays ,Jackie and Dixon don't seem to care how fast the pitches are,they could probably smash it if it was 110.
Cool thing happened in the final, Mays smashed a liner over 2nd that went all the way to the wall,could have had 3 but didn't want to risk outs,went 8 straight outs and then Trout put one off the score board for an RBI double, forget how he scored but Mays hit it like he did the first time except they cut it off and it was only a single,Dixon lined one between 1st and 2nd for a single to put Mays on 2nd as the winning run, Jackie at the plate took a couple ,then he painted and I also fouled off a couple,a wild pitch put runners on 2nd and 3rd and Jackie hit a deep fly to left for a walk off sac fly.
So awesome that Mays and Jackie were the heroes of it -

Agree. Let them know about that in the survey. SDS making Showdown mandatory in order to get specific cards is not cool. -
Parts of the showdown were fun,but I am in no hurry to face Satchel or Donaldson again anytime soon.shame cause that's 2 cards still there.

I successfully completed this Showdown twice in three attempts and I only had to face Satchel twice. They rotate different Pitchers. Paige was the one that knocked me out the second time, but I beat him the first go around. Thankfully, the third attempt of this Showdown I did not have to face him. Glad it is over, it was not fun. -
There is an easy, fool-proof method at beating these: STOP MAKING CARDS LOCKED TO THIS MODE AND FORCING US TO PLAY THEM.
