Missing 18 now and laters

Was playing last year's game just now and I have 18 or so packs for redemption. I guess with the vouchers they don't show up in the game. I never got the packs. What do I do?

If you're talking about the Now and Later Program with Willie Mays; you needed to finish that BEFORE Early Access started.

Not talking about the program. I'm talking about the actual rewards and vouchers you get during the program. I should have 15 or 20 vouchers to redeem but the program is not finished. But still while you progress the program you earn vouchers to redeem but I don't have any

You're confusing me. Which program?
The N&L packs in the Forever XP path program? Or the Now and Later Program where you can earn packs AND Willie Mays.

In last year's game there is program. You do the program and you get the packs as you progress the packs I do not have in this year's game. Somehow they're not showing up even though I should have 15 or 20 vouchers. I have none....

Are you finished with the program? Did you get the 99 Mays for 24?
