JR 2-2B, 1 SB
-
So, after 30 attempts, completed twice only to have second double (both times) not count (even rounding 2B when runner thrown out at home - this exact play two times and I've watched saved replay over and over again with jaw dropped), finishing with base hits and homers galore, square-X-circle swings, ending with more SB's than JR had all season, JR failing to leave batters box multiple times, HPB's, BB's, trying to steal in 3-2 counts, C-mart hitting batters, teammates failing to run, JR unwilling to take leads even when pressing button, CS's after reaching 2B or 3B (phantom outs)...I'm done (not to mention conquest stats not registering).
I started JR 2-2B, 1 SB moment at Silver 50 and I'm checking out at Silver 61 (proof working counts, getting hits and SB's), so thanks for the XP. Also, thanks for ruining JR Day experience. I'll just move on happy with the Gold JR.
Just very disappointed, frustrated and irritated. Sorry to vent.

It is crazy! I steal the base only for the batter to have 2 strikes on him so it didn't count! JR keeps getting stuck between 1st and 2nd runs back and forth
-
I especially enjoyed seeing Matt Carpenter make plays down the line like Brooks Robinson, as well as a Cardinals outfield that moves as fast as the Whiteyball Cards OF of the 80's.
-
I finished these last night

I started it last night, but thanks...

over ten times my first at bat doubles didn't count. Games broken and the creator of this moment is just trolling us.

If you take second and the
Outfielder throws to the lead runner it isn’t counted as a double. It’s a single with a advance on throw. Happens sometimes. I don’t know what to say of it was an actual double -

As stated, JR rounding second base before runner thrown out at home (rounding second base - meaning on way to third).

This moment is dogshit
Idk why SDS did another doubles mission when they got so much heat for it back in 18
Just make it XBH for christ sakes
AND STOP NERFING MOMENTS

I gave up. It's not even worth it. That Jackie Robinson card isn't even that good. At least the Zimmerman card can be a good pinch hitter and isn't nearly stressful to get.

It's not a double if the outfielder has the option to throw you out at 2B but decides to throw to either 3B or home, that would be judged a single with a runner advanced to second base on a fielder's choice. The game announcer is programmed to only register that you made it to second, that's why he's calling it a double even though it's not.

Its like they took every complaint from the boards and put it in a moment. get a SB when ai runners wont leave second on a triple CHECK. day time glare CHECK. perfect perfect fly outs CHECK. AI bronze cards making all-star plays CHECK. hit a double, doubles wont register but even the play by play guy calls it a double CHECK

He' is right, even if you dislike it. You disliking it, in no way, changes the facts of his statement, or the frustrating situation you find yourself in.
But, there is good news! It's a video game, and you won't even use the card in your lineup......

Do y’all really need that veteran card? Lol
You can get everything up to about the socks fairly easy without doing all of the moments.

Just explaining basic baseball rules, has nothing to do with this terrible game but take my knowledge however you want.

I understand what you're getting to, however ball hit; goes down the line into the corner; before fielder gets ball JR already between 1st and 2nd; fielder throws ball in while JR at 2nd; cutoff fires home, JR now a few trots off from second having already touched bag, runner out at home. Again, having already rounded 2nd.
This is a clean double all day even with lead runner pegged at the plate...this same exact play happened twice with same results. I am aware that if before full commitment to second base I decide to send JR after fielder gets ball then I am, in fact, advancing on the throw. This, from the play(s) mentioned, is not the case in this instance. -
