Is RNG back with a vengeance?

Maybe it’s too early to tell, but it REALLY seems like exit velos are super random at certain times, regardless of inputs. And it happens most often when I’m about to take a big enough lead to have some breathing room. Nearly perfect swing directly aligned and just underneath the baseball. 90mph can of corn. It happens multiple times per game for me.
Has this been an issue with anyone else? What are you guys noticing?

On one hand...that is baseball. On the other hand...exit velos and contact results feel really not what they should be

Compared to last year, they’re lower. And that’s a good thing.
Whether or not this is just for the duration of the power creep in it’s lower stages remains to be to be seen (we were all cracking with much higher rated cards from the get, last year), but I hope they’ve made exit velocities less exaggerated this year as a feature.
We’ll know in a minth or so…
