What do you think of this?

So now knowing that MLB the Show 21 will be coming to Xbox and PC if I am not mistaking. I do believe that they will be making more money of course and I think that at this point MLB the Show should take a huge leaps going forward with this franchise. What I mean by that is they should have more sponsors in the game they already have MLB Network as one of the main a sponsor in the game. But it would be great if they can get Fox involved and also ESPN. Some of the reasons why I say that it's because it would give the game a more fresh take MLB network will have some of their commentators there and fox will have some of their commentators calling some fox games and ESPN will have Sunday Night Baseball and have their commentator call their games. I believe that this would be a huge step going forward for MLB the show and there franchise. Not to say anything bad about Matt vasgersian, Dan plesac, or Mark DeRosa but it would be a little bit more better to play a game on franchise mode and let's say you're playing on MLB Network and the next game it will be a different theme and then on Saturday you'll play on Fox and then on Sunday you play on ESPN it will be something different

That’s a bold statement.

I think that’s an interesting take. I would take a look at massive games like Madden for instance which is on all platforms. They just have there one broadcast team. Problem is there is so many moving parts for them, a lot of People to get into the booth to do voice overs, plus contracts, plus getting the rights to all those guys from each broadcast Channel. Like I said cool idea just way to many moving parts.

This will never happen. It takes multiple years to properly perfect a single broadcast team in a video game. Years!
It also takes a ton of game space and money to put into the game. Sure it would be cool, unfortunately, it's not something we will ever see. And the more money and time this would take, takes away from other parts of the game. They are working with a budget like everyone else, and insane deadlines as a yearly sports game. Toughest deadlines in gaming really..Just to replace Vasgersian would be something that would take 2-3 years before we would see his replacement in game.

I'm not saying take out Matt Vasgersian, Dan Plesac, or DeRosa they can have there voice over for games played in franchise Mode in the MLB Network them... I'm not saying right away but just imagine if they get a deal done with ESPN in up and coming months and say we will have ESPN with voice over commentators in MLB The Show Matt Vasgersian, Alex Rodriguez, Buster Olney: side line reporter
