Earned by reaching 1000 in ranked. These are just graphic card updates for the WS rewards.
My favorite comment during the live stream when they showed his was someone saying, If I see one of these in the lineup I am just quitting.

As someone that will never sniff one of these, this is the way it should be done.
They are cool enough to be desirable, but are just cosmetic epeen flexes. Ill happily use Lefty's Topps art card.

I think it's a cool addition and will with hood full judgements until we find out if these can be earned for other cards. This feels almost like a prestige thing from 20 so will inning programs also have this were is you get to a certain mark you can get one of the boss cards like this

It’s cool for those who can get there. They don’t get a specific card that no one else can get, but they still get a reward that says I can kick your [censored] 6 ways from Sunday.

You have to give every class some incentive to play … I am kinda envious, but I like that the goons have something to play for …

This hopefully will also keep the goons playing more instead of tanking to get easy wins and stats.

The regular Carlton is sellable so if you cant make WS, you can still buy him.

You can either use the market board or wait for ranked season 2 and grab him in a rewind pack
Which isnt that different than last year where the ws drop was available before the program could be completed
(The regular one that is, no youll never get the gold one but its a cosmetic difference only)

I know it is cool to trash Mozeliak, and he has lost his touch lately, but in the long run he has still been very successful. I can't be too mad at the guy that got us Holliday, Arenado and Goldschmidt. Under his tenure over 15 years the Cardinals rank 3rd in wins behind only the Yankees and Dodgers and he did it with much less of a budget. They even have a more recent World Series win than the Yankees.
Where they have failed in recent years is creating home grown stars. Their highly touted prospects (waves at Dylan Carlson) just don't seem to pan out. Now they have spent money this year on the minors and Chaim Bloom is restructuring the player development in the minors before taking over next year so my fingers are crossed that it pays off.
They are never going to spend the money that the Dodgers, Yankees and Mets spend so developing young players has to be successful for the team to be successful.

Highest I’ve been is 950-960. May try now to get higher but I don’t count on it.

One thing I read today … to give a few cent into the discussion:
- Everybody can get every card (except the 1000 golden ones).
- The BR rewards will be the hardest to get … if you want them right out of the gate, then you either have to go flawless or pay some stubs (they will be on the market). Everybody can get them cheaper once they hit the multiplayer program
- I think that is a fair trade. There should be harder and easier cards to get. But everybody should get them. That is still the case, it is just different.

Yes. But will these cards be sellable? People that don't, or can't, play online will have to buy them.

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN all of the cards in ranked, BR, and the multiplayer program are sellable except for the 1000 rating versions of the ranked rewards.

@Dolenz64_XBL if you look at the crop of prospects coming up in Boston, you should be encouraged by what Bloom is implementing right now. As a Brewers fan, having a respite from the Cards was fun. It’s coming to an end soon though, unfortunately.
