Pitcher attributes

Why do batters have attributes vs left and right but pitchers have the same attributes against lefties and righties ? Too much work to make something realistic ????

Because the pitches itself, the control, etc. do not care who is standing in the box. To make it easier for you: It does not matter for a fastball and the location who is standing in the box. If you turn it around: It does matter for some batters which hand the pitcher is releasing the ball off
