Has anyone heard if this feature is coming back or not? This was a cool feature of Franchise mode.

Nothing of it was mentioned in today's video. That video focused briefly on Franchise. It was a rather short video, far less detailed and without any gameplay illustrations of how the interfaces worked. There were some brief glimpses of the new interactive screens, but too brief to really glean how the new options actually work.

Highly doubt it. I loved it too because I am an old fart and have little to no love for their music choices year in and year out and would replace the soundtrack with 70's classic rock.
But the PS5 at least, the last time I checked, did not allow you to copy media files onto it's internal drive and I could see SDS not wanting to support a feature that requires an extrernal or thumb drive to be operational.

My mistake... I was actually referring to (whatever you call that) feature that gives an audio summary after each game in Franchise Mode.BTW I am pretty old too... and I definately concur with your 70's music preference.

I miss "Inside the show"
You can hear this on MLB The Show 23, maybe they removed it from 24 because it was probably full of errors.
Btw i can hear full Electric Light Orchestra instead that regueton Music, I imported my Music from usb memory -
There was a brief mention of expanded in game and post game reviews of games both in progress as well as completed, but again, as was the case with this video, not enough detail given to know if what you are wanting will be presented. As someone else mentioned, perhaps with the expanded Thursday video we may have a better idea.
One thing the video did mention is they are expanding their commentary and announcement teams by two additional game PA's plus two additional commentators. So, this would seem to indicate a role of some sort for the two commentators.

Where did they say anything about 2 new commentators? I just watched it again and all they said was Schiambi and Singleton will lead the commentary team (something they've done since 22) and they added 2 female PA announcers to go with the guy.
