I'd expect the answer in either the Franchise or DD streams.
If not by then, then absolutely during the Dev Tourney.

I expect them to say they didn’t have enough time, which is BS, but fully expected.

why is that bs? Not having the time with the ressources they have (in other words: prioritizing) is a valid point in software development.
That being said: They have to do something for the Rays/A‘s since one of them is clearly not there anymore. At least, the Oakland Colliseum should be moved to „Classic Stadiums“
-
@YOSHI24_XBL They’ve known about this for months. There has been plenty of time. This happened a few years ago when everyone knew the DH was coming to the NL and they failed to put it in the game.
-
Tampa not so much, they could go off the blueprints instead of the finished upgrades, but if they didn't that only left them 2-3 months (or less, probably less) to get it in.
No reason for the A's not to be in, that was known since summer time. -
@PAinPA_PSN You guys are acting like it takes a whole team of people months to make a single stadium on this game.
-
@GoozeFn_PSN You are acting like you know how to run a software development company. Fact is: We (that includes you) do not know anything why and if they act or not and how many ressources they put in where and when.
But you did not recognize that we all kinda really expect them to act on the A‘s at least :).
-
@YOSHI24_XBL You’re right that I don’t know what it takes to run this franchise and no I don’t pretend to. What I do know is amateurs, with their stadium creator, make wonderful things in a day, so I can certainly surmise that their development team can handle such a small task. We’ve seen minor upgrades across the board year in and year out. This year looks no different. I’m tired of the same game every year. Pardon me for expecting the small things to get done.

SDS has officially said it takes 6 months to make a stadium.(this was before they started adding stadiums made with stadium creator)

Huh, didn't know that. I'd appreciate if they gave us the same level of detail-ability in the stadium creator though...I hate that you can clearly tell what was developed in the creator vs what they built from the ground up

I would expect there are licencing issues, both with the park itself and the various sponsors around the park, that would cause legal delays. Rays would possibly be more challenging as it would require both Rays and Yankees to sign off on it. There would probably need to be 2 versions of Steinbrenner Field.
It's one thing for a fan to create their own replica that only a few would get to play and would likely be (even if very slightly) inaccurate, as opposed to the game having an official replica of a ground.
It does amuse me though that SF's ground has a giant Coke bottle, yet Atlanta's ground has a generic brand of Coke advertised (Cola-Cola I think it is).

In MLB 25, the Rays and the Athletics will play their home games in Shield Woods and Costco, respectively.

And I will play my games at the all-time-favourite „Capital Lange“, to round up the „Big 3 Franchises“

There was nothing said about that … but I could imagine, that we still have Tropicana Field since it is „only“ renovated (as far as I know). The Coliseum is gone and the A‘s will definitely play at the new park they presented

I missed the stream. Are they including Sutter Field (the River Cats stadium) or the new Las Vegas stadium that hasn't been built yet?

Just googled Sutter Field … it looks like that shown in the stream, but I am not sure
