Appears to be Cool Papa Bell, the lead get for Storylines Season 3.

That looks like a young 1986 Clemens in a Yankees jersey which is why it appears slightly odd. I'm sure he'll have an altered heavier model without the stirrups for his mid/late 90s and 00s cards.
He's one of those guys who I really don't know what team will represent his 99 overall. It could be any of the four honestly.

TOR - 1997 (11.9)
NYY - 2001 (5.7)
HOU - 2005 (7.8)To put those in perspective, Sale and Skubul had 6.2 and 6.3 this year respectively.
To those who don't know, Clemens was really, really, REALLY good.

He was significantly thinner when he came up and obviously added some weight/muscle towards the backend of his career.
I'm sure he'll have two separate models to reflect both versions. I remember they did that a few years ago with Nelson Cruz. The render for his rookie card was skinny as hell.
