Bullpens off the field?

Would it be possible to get some confirmation on whether or not bullpens will be able to be moved off the field in the '25 version of stadium creator? This has arguably been the #1 ask for that mode since inception

I agree. I would also like to know if they're going to implement a new things such as weather, wind or other factors in stadium creator as well
