Yes, and that's where the duplicates come into play along with all 30 of the hitting and pitching captains..... we have been collecting all year already.

outside of spending stubs on older yankee cards i need it seems once i get judge’s finest card and the s1 pettite boss card im done grinding in this years game. i will just play casually online daily to keep myself sharp for 25 the show

Well folks, it has been about ten months since MLB 24 was released. So, truth is we are close to Thanksgiving and in about six weeks we will see 2025 roll in and soon thereafter MLB 25 is the focus and the release. So, the ride in terms of new released content is over for MLB 24.
In many ways this is part and parcel of the focus on DD content, with the periodic release of cards, equipment, packs, etc ...
Truth is, and this is my root opinion, the prime motivation to play this game should be to play virtual baseball games for its own rewards and joy of the game. For well over 20 years, that was the only draw to this game, and it was more than enough to keep people interested in it.
It's the game, people ... not the cards, the rosters, the fancy designed conquest boards, or the like -- but the simple and beautiful game of baseball -- that's the draw and always will be.

Not trying to be a [censored], but, this is a really confusing decision in a year of confusing decisions. Really doesn’t seem like something coming around the bend to change things up, as less is more has been the trend since late August really.

Less was the trend from season 1. The second half of the year was actually better than the first half.
2024 was a colossal leap backwards from 2023 in terms of offline content, and the bare bones finest is the icing on the [censored] cake.

I'm of the belief that more cards will drop but not many... definitely going to get a Finest Program... might even get MVP, Cy Young and ROY maybe even Gold Glove and Silver Slugger cards for this years Award winners... if not then that is something they need to do in 2025 along with Trade Deadline cards/program as well as Hot Stove cards/program for the final season and have the cards drop as soon as the deal becomes official and drop the card right into the game either as a free card or in a short program or conquest or something... that would be so dope as a way to continue to play the game into the next version of the game!

Starting today, Now & Later Packs can be earned throughout Diamond Dynasty modes including in the Ranked Program and the Season 4 XP Reward Path. Earn up to 12 Now & Later Packs with more to come in future MLB The Show 24 Programs.So they definitely have some more programs to come.

Well that's good news, I guess I'm just disappointed by the 350,000 XP and that's it. I never finish them but the forever programs were always nice to work towards at least.

There is an awards program on the calendar. And some captain stuff which I am assuming is pack drops
There is a chance that s4 isnt forever and the days left is a bug, as all of the online stuff has short-ish expirations.
I really dislike the lack of old packs anywhere. Vault is just too random. At the very least there should be a way to earn old TN/SA packs.
