How do you get a code? I subscribe to the scouting report. Don’t see any codes in the email. Do only certain people get them?

Did you not get the SR pack last week thst had 5 Millionaire packs in it?

I got the 5 millionaire packs but nothing with a code for this, at least I don't think so.
