Anybody else go all out this weekend and finish off all 6 TA divisions? I think I'm at like 185,000 XP on the main program path, too. So in 3 days I finished the last big content drop and more than 50% of the program for the next several weeks. I remember when TA grinds were actually grinds.

I guess I'm just not good at rationing. This is a classic situation like when you were 8 and your dad was back in jail for smacking his new girlfriend's stepson and your mom went to "Orlando to visit her sister" for the week (but you overheard her making plans with that guy Mark to go to Atlantic City) and your older brother is "in charge," so he leaves you most of a small jar of peanut butter and a loaf of bread and he tells you to make it last because he's going to hang with his girlfriend for Spring Break down at her parents' beach house but then you spend all night playing Ken Griffey Jr's Winning Run on SNES and watching that old VHS tape that is most of Jaws 2 and about half of Temple of Doom taped off the TV whilst crushing like 5 PB&J sandwiches and then you realize you're out of food after the first night because you're too afraid to use the oven so you try leaving a frozen pizza out on the counter and then eat it after it mostly defrosts and it was so gross but you were 8 so who cares but after the third day you sneak into your neighbor's garage because she's got an extra freezer and you steal like 3 boxes of popsicles and then you live on that until your brother comes back home and you've never eaten a popsicle again since then.

I’m not close to finishing TA at all, maybe 10-15% one 4 out of 6 divisions and 0 on the other 2 divisions

I finished all 6 divisions. And when the DS programs come out Tuesday, i'll finish them quick too. With the extreme program coming Friday, i wanna have the best team possible and nothing else to do in the game to distract me from getting that done.

If you did the showdown and exchange the TA wasn't a grind

I assume Friday will be the bigger content drop as we will get a longer conquest they have teased, and hopefully a mini season as well but not holding my breath.

And there is still at least one more TA coming so thats not the last "big" card drop of the year.

Well, to be fair we only had peanut butter in our summer home in Lake Como. Obviously we kept almond butter in the Hamptons and cashew butter in Vail. We weren't savages, of course.

I kept getting notifications every 3 minutes on my Xbox... "Schnauzerface has completed TA3.2 AL East"... "Schnauzerface has completed TA3.2 NL Central"...

I was concerned for your safety.

That said... I made it pretty far. I did 50,000 xps of exchanges for each division, plus the "moments" to get 6 cards to start grinding with.

Doing the two showdowns takes no time at all and it gets you a huge chunk of the way there. Then just load up a roster with a theme team from each division. Two games vs CPU is more than enough to knock out the K's, TBs, runs, and 2x OB missions. I shouldn't have been so "calculating" when deciding how to attack the TA missions because it's a really quick grind that way.

This was the easiest TA to finish for sure, if you do the Showdowns. I know some folks hate those.

I did exactly this as well. Did 50k in exchanges for each division, did the moment and then the 2 showdowns. That got you to 120k. Then I played 1 full vs CPU game using a team built from a single team from each division and I was done. Was fairly quick.

I had it done in a day or 2 and it wasn’t much of a grind. I’m less than 50k away from Mantle. I’ll have him tomorrow.

I think 3.1 was better designed though because showdown and conquest were both quite good. Probably just as quick if you went the showdown route because it was repeatable.

I'm at least 50% on the 4 of the 6 divisions.
