I’ve never judged people for spending money on the game. I’ve done it myself. But with the way the game is right now, it’s disappointing the horrible gameplay isn’t enough for people to hold out for a fix. This is why there’s no urgency to fix anything.

Imagine spending 1,200 gov stimulus check on a broken game. There is no motivation for me to spend any amount of money until my center fielder with diamond fielding can catch a routine fly ball, and my hitters don't pop up slightly early fastballs in the middle of my PCI to the infield.

U def made a valid point. Game doesnt play all that well. And the market is sky rocketed because of the stimulus. But I dont play anything else but the show, so that's the only reason I completed the set. I only needed 3 teams to finish it anyway. Nats, Brew crew and just needed Bellinger. But I agree with u, the game play has been horrendous. At this point I dont even get mad at the fielding or getting sinkers blown by me. I just laugh it off. I hope sds does right by us gamers and fixes the gameplay

But I definitely feel ur frustration on how the game plays. Yesterday my opponent made like 5 outfield errors. It was beyond wild. This game needs some Milk

I mean it’s an advance on our tax returns in 2021. Just remember that when your return next year is neutered haha. I’m 6 teams short, and I’m just gonna grind out BR/events to finish them up. I never seem to have great pack luck (it’d be nice to pull arenado, bellinger or degrom, but 🤷🏻‍♀️)

I’m actually going to use a chunk of it to buy a new putter.

No actually it’s not an advance. It’s free money. Do some research.

Yes but we’re now a month into a game with a general eight to nine month life cycle. If it doesn’t get fixed for a while yet, as we’ve seen literally nothing to indicate it will, at what point have you lost so much time playing the broken version we currently have to put up with that your purchase becomes terrible value for money? They haven’t even acknowledged any of the issues, much less shown intent to fix them. It could have been a huge year for MLB The Show with all the interest due a lack of real baseball, but this really ought to be an embarrassment to have the game in the public eye in its current state for Sony and SDS. If they’re not feeling embarrassed, they have no shame. They should make them play HoF in the players league, after a few successive 19 inning 1-0 games with 50 strikeouts are decided by a diamond outfielder being hit in the head with a can of corn on live stream, we might see some progress.

Go spend that government money on a local business, that's what it's actually meant for. Small businesses are struggling right now.

Completely agree 100%! Too many people who don't understand what accountability is. When you pay money for a product or service you expect a basic level of functionality!

Or pull slightly early pitches foul every single time. They f*cked the timing windows so bad it’s so frustrating.

when I got the money I wanted to finish the AL collection (only need Paxton) but my wife wanted a new couch. Guess who won? Oh well, at least I’m still employed and I haven’t looked at my 401K so I can pretend there’s still money there
