They didn't mention what the record was, but they did mention at the end of the game that today's affair (at 3:46) was the longest 9-inning game in the Pitch Clock era.

Still it goes to show that alot of foul balls happen during real games which means it's going to happen in this game. There is no fix for foul balls

Yeah. Was able to watch this game and the announcer was right when he called it a "slog". I'm no fan of the pitch clock but this would have been even crazier without it for sure.
