Are you happy with your team's pick
    I am.
Angels picked Christian Moore 2nd basemen with power.
I was really hoping for a pitcher but the more I look into this guy the more impressed I get.

Not impressed with the Phillies pick, I would've rather a college hitter or pitcher not a high school player

    Cardinals chose JJ Weatherholt 2B/SS

I don't hate it but the Cardinals already have two young players in the middle infield with Winn and Gorman. Gorman came up as a 3B so maybe they could move him back there when Arenado is done.

I've already saved up some stubs for him because he is destined to be in a paid pack since he was the #4 prospect. Well, that and SDS likes putting all desirable Cardinal cards in packs or collections.

At the beginning of the year he was the consensus number 1. If he didn't get injured, he probably would have gone there. It's a gamble with a very high ceiling. Plus he could go into the OF easily. Fast enough for center, strong enough arm for right with the bat to back it up. He can also play Third when Arenado goes to DH. I really think the Angels would have taken him one pick later. Hard hitting shortstops make the best third basemen.

Great pick up for the Cards

I am trying to figure out how to sneak him into my Cardinals Theme Team. I am really reluctant to bench Season Awards Gorman or Topps Now Winn. I could put him at DH but I would need to sit 99 Nootbaar (my Wild card)

    Outfield is currently

89 Topps Now Donovan. I love that card I hit so well with him.
91 Tommy Edman - I like him being a switch hitter.
89 Dylan Carlson - Who will probably be the one I sit.

Good choice. Edman is always a beast for me.

@Dolenz64_XBL Gorman is a whiff machine IRL. I get this feeling whenever I see him at the plate that he's going to flame out within the next two to three years due to inconsistency.

As a Cubs fan, I'm almost thrilled whenever he comes to the plate now. He might improve that strikeout rate, but I see too many holes with him.

Y'all have Gorman; we have Morel. Dudes could set records for their strikeout numbers.
