@sbchamps17_NSW Not necessarily. This happened to me at launch. I didn’t exchange anything. I submitted a ticket and they returned him to my inventory.

It's possible you have the cornerstone cards player on a team, which is why it's not showing up. Just to be sure, you can check your collection. The one you currently have would be visible and the other 3 will not even if you collected them.

I don’t play 24 but I have this problem a lot with 23, delete that squad usually helps me, make sure you have a second
