When this happened last year I had to uninstall and reinstall the game and the gameplay XP would start working.

The options are:
1:XP cap was hit
2:You altered sliders
3: They still haven't fixed the homerun derby bug that does this
4: something elseThe fix for #1 is time, #2 put the sliders back to default, #3 reinstall. In the case of 4 I would try uninstalling and reinstalling anyway

Uninstalling and reinstalling now. Didn't use any sliders.
I played 1 conquest game and got 2,000 xp then played a CPU game right after and got zero

I'm having the same issue... no xp in about a week of playing in any mode

Same problem here. Super annoying I’ve put a bunch of hours into the game and have gained no XP. I don’t change sliders or anything. Going off of this forum I’ll try reinstalling but did that actually work for any of you?
