CHEATING IN DIAMOND DYNASTY (PT.2)

Well well well , here we are with the newest release of MLB The Show 24 & all i have to say is , “i told you so”. It has come to my attention cheating in this game is even more worse than the last … everyone was thinking cronus might be the culprit of this (which it might still be) doing a little research myself i found out that there is also another device called “Titan Two” & it has a script called “mlb vision” where apparently you can see the location of your opponent’s pitches & pci placement. Stumbling across reddit i ran into a post that also talked about this similar “cheating” that is going on where people are starting to notice it seems like their opponents know whats coming (as in pitch location & pci placement) https://www.reddit.com/r/MLBTheShow/s/7nkpTaNjWX
i think its time for the community to know whats going on instead of being clueless when your opponents are acting “unusual”

Yeah until there's actual proof then I don't believe it at all. I haven't seen anything about that

Everyone throws sinkers high and low inside. If you can hit those(which I cant) then youre a solid player lol. Has nothing to do with knowing where pitchers are pre-pitch

If MLB players can read and react to a 100+mph pitch and swing a bat to hit it in real time. Then there’s no reason why there aren’t some goons out there that can make it seem like they’re predicting their pitches when all they have to do is move a cursor and hit a button.
This is just skill gap and people trying to find excuses for not having that skill level.

Whether this is true or not, it’s exactly why The Show isn’t on PC and probably never will be.

Cheaters use this device for NBA 2K, it makes you green your shots without the jumpshot meter. I hope not but at some point somebody will figure out a script for MLB.
It’s very sad that people rely on cheating devices to win virtual games, like this adds zero value to the real world. -

@SaveFarris I can see how having a PC is more open to hacking but it might actually improve its gameplay as well. Most PCs run games better and have higher quality connections.

Reminds me of those lil punks who used dropshot controllers back in old MW2... Everytime I would turn a corner and run into one of those guys they would drop to the ground as they fired... Every time. No one's reflexes are that good every time....
.... No worries though, as all that did was force me to camp with a noob tube, danger close, one man army, and a couple of claymores.... Predator-Harrier-Chopper Gunner-nuke!.
Thankfully, by nature of the game, this game is difficult to cheat due to the reliance on basic hand-eye coordination and chess type strategy... as opposed to gadgets that can be manipulated through modded controllers.

So to all those who are preaching the “ no cheating occurs in mlbts24 rhetoric I have noticed that anytime there is a post that mentions cheating, I’ve seen quite a few of you quickly trying to debunk the cheating accusations and it is my strongest suspicion that you troll the posts in an effort to prevent this from becoming a much larger issue that would force the developers to take action in remedying the issue, because you are trying to protect one of the games that doesn’t do very much to combat cheating. And in terms of skill gaps, I played a guy that was 18-0 last night and somehow he was only ranked in the 430 level? So that means there is either cheating, serious bugs or it was this dudes shotty luck to win 18 games and lose 0 and not even be in the 700-800 range. Because I know that when I typically get a decent winning streak going I’m in the 600 range from a 420 rank in 2 -maybe 3 games. And it’s been rumored that the devs are in the process of introducing some anti cheat features in a near future update

More likely that the guy is decent but not a hardcore Ranked Season player. Maybe is into BR or events and only plays one or two rank season games per season. Therefore he never gets to higher levels and it resets him each season. Did he get to 19-0?

Hey, it's been a while. Everything's good, but I've had a lot less free time.
This has also been my least favorite version of the Show since I started Diamond Dynasty, so I've been playing less and haven't felt the need to log into the forum to talk about it much. Usually I just scan the front page to see if anything interesting is going on, and then leave. I'll send you a friend invite on Xbox since I've been playing over there this year. -

I can green anything under 50% contested too, no issue there, but some “comp” guards green crazy shots and they shoot anything with the confidence of a person that knows it will go in regardless.
