Double XP with Quadruple XP Cap

I feel like I’ve been playing a lot and completing programs….360k xp. I doubt I will get even one boss card at this rate this year.

This double XP sure seems like regular XP from prior years. It's such a bummer to play this much and get so few points. I was able to get quite a few yesterday, but from my win margins in my CPU games, I should have gotten 2-3 times the XP I did.

I noticed that as well today yesterday I was get 13000 today it's more like 2000 so definitely something is up with that

Add to that I got less than 2000 after playing a 4 inning mini seasons game definitely not getting the XP I'm supposed to

They really have taken my drive for the game out I still see myself playing a lot of Madden which I wasn’t in prior years due to this lack of interest I have

It is. It's literally just regular XP from prior years...massive L. I'm also 100% I wasn't getting double xp for at least half the games I managed to play this weekend.
I mentioned this in another thread...I wouldn't be surprised if they revert back to prior years gameplay XP for Season 2. Then again, I also wouldn't be surprised if SDS went completely tone-deaf and said "Tell y'all what, how about we use lube this season?" and call it square.

That is pitiful. That is less than regular XP from last year and before. It makes me want to go back to the days when I played Franchise and was ignorant of what XP was. I have to stop now because I am beginning to feel disgusted.

They cut xp in about half to start the year. So with this double xp weekend, we've been getting the normal xp rate from years past.

But I've been getting 13000 on Friday and Saturday but then I only have been getting 2000 since so there's definitely something wrong

I just noticed this playing event games this morning
On Friday and Saturday, the XP was noticeably higher.
I had a 4 run inning consisting of 3 HRs and I only received like 800XP?
Idk but it feels like double XP is still not in effect though it states it’s in effect until 2:59 EST today

Also just had a 6 run inning online that only netted 980XP

Yup, I'm seeing more and more of these posts...The only games I seemed to get double xp for were Friday night. I was getting about 4500 or so XP...that was including various program XP. Also noticed a few times I only got 110 xp for innings vs CPU where I mashed 4 HR, or 98 xp for a 1-2-3 inning pitching.

Is it just me, or is SDS making the exact same mistakes that EA has been making this year? EA earlier this year ended a playoff run a day early because someone clicked a wrong button, so to speak. Now SDS has apparently ended a Double XP weekend half a day early.

It may have been a whole day early because I played a game last night and got the same amount (prorated) XP as I got this morning.

I couldn’t play Friday, but Saturday and Sunday I played a ton and never hit the cap. With 40 days left, I now think I will make it, especially if we get another double weekend, as long as I am not busy.
But either way, this was the reason I didn't just quit DD, I had hope that they would see that the system wasn't going to work. There is no way they intend for only a small few to be able to reach even one boss. Which was what it was looking like to me.
