No option to Create or download stadium in MLB 24

Im on Xbox X/S and do not have option to create or download stadium. Have sent numerous tickets in to SDS with no response. Someone please help

Are you sure you downloaded the X|S version and not the XBox One version? I am on the GamePass X|S version and I have Stadium Creator. I have been in it several times to get stadiums I want to play in.

I've checked both versions and I don't have stadium creator on either one.. how'd you get it on xbox anyways.. thought it was only for ps5 consoles..

Upper right hand corner of the screen, you'll see a little pencil looking icon. Select that, then it should open up something that says "Stadium Creator, Roster, Vault" or something like that.

I have the Xbox S version and no Stadium Creator also.

Make sure that you have the right version, other people have downloaded the wrong one by accident

I have the same issue, and sent a ticket which didn't help much. When I go on my XBOX app on my phone, when I click on XBOX X/S it goes to Xbox 1 game, and when I click on XBOX 1 game it goes to XBOX 1 so I can't even access XBOX X/S version of the game. When I go on my Gamepass app it says I have the XBOX X/S it says it is installed on my XBOX X, so I have been unable to access the stadium vault

Are you running the PS4 version of the game on PS5?
The PS4 version can't create stadiums no matter which console you run it on.

I play on Nintendo Switch and there's no fun features that the PS5 or Xbox has, please request stadium creator to be on the Nintendo Switch

Won't happen. If they say that the PS4 and Xbox One does not have enough power for stadium creator then there is no hope for the Switch.

I found a solution work for me
Go check the setting below
Settings>Privacy&online safety>Xbox privacy>Viewdetails&customize>Communication&multiplayer>Others can communicate with voice,text,or invites
If you disable it you can't access online stadium creator,but you can create a stadium
