Oh yay more packs. I was just thinking this morning this is exactly what the game needed, another 40k pack you can’t earn in game

That is the benefit of the card you want being in the lower tier.

I still do not understand why we cannot earn ONE of these packs like previous years when we could. I do not want to hear SDS fans defending this garbage cause there is ZERO defense.

Because the whole year's content hasn't been released yet?
I'm pretty sure (someone can correct me), that they hid a bunch of Seoul/Spring Breakout packs in last week's content drop.
I feel pretty confident saying you'll eventually be able to earn these packs. Maybe not today, but eventually you'll earn so many you'll choke on them.

Then stop allowing your id to dictate your posts, kid.
As pointed out already, you just have to wait. Packs will likely be released later in future programs. If you can't wait, manage your stubs better and understand that you might just have to make some choices; lock in your sellable cards and risk not being able to afford new cards upon release, or don't lock them in and sell cards you aren't using in your lineup (and you might have to wait a bit).
And just in case you can't see past the false dichotomy that you've created to assuage your tantrums, this is not an endorsement of SDS but an indictment of those who can't dispel paroxysms of covetous rage when they see shiny new things they cannot have.
