Yankees legends

@chucky97___ haha good point. Maybe now he will be added as a yankee legend.
So did Eric Chavez.

@fubar2k7 said in Yankees legends:
Do we need to start this again? Can’t we just search the forum for the previous posts about the number of Hall of Fame players they have compared to everyone else?
Hall of Famers (these numbers also include executives and managers, of which the yankees have 7)
- Yankees - 27
- New York/San Frnacisco Giants - 25
- Cardinals - 18
- Brooklyn/LA Dodgers - 16
- Cubs -14
Flashbacks and Legends so far this year
- Yankees - 23
- Giants - 11
- Cardinals - 10
- Dodgers - 17
- Cubs - 10
A few other teams
- Mets - 12
- Reds - 13
- Pirates - 15
So we can assume it is not strictly based on Hall Of Fame members. Sure that factors in but it is not the only consideration.
Nobody argues that the Yankees deserve the most based on their history. And we realize that the Jeter Storyline gave them a head start this year. Some of us just believe that SDS goes a little too overboard with certain teams at the expense of others.
I mean come on, could they not come up with another Easter pack player for another team other than NYY Luke Voit?
-
@chucky97___ the guardians have been around as long as anyone and have plenty of great players before they left to play for actual money elsewhere lol
-
Yankees are going to have more since there are a lot of them for the Subway Series you get from the Jeter Storylines.
-
They should have an equal amount of legends per team. Colorado probably had 3 great players so everyone else only gets 3 so it’s fair. F__k yourself @go4stros25 take your trash franchise with you. Your best pitcher preferred to be enshrined in the Hall of Fame as a Ranger where he barely played.
-
@fubar2k7 aww don't be mad at me honey.
-
7 of them are from Storylines.
-
@chucky97___ And the Caaahdinals

@fubar2k7 Do you need a tissue?
