Account Reset? 4/4/24

@Victor_SDS so I did all that and still nothing. So I should wait 2 days to get responses back on my ticket or should I just say screw the 100+ hours and just regrind all over again?

@Victor_SDS I have followed all the instructions multiple times, it will not let me link any account it says exclusivity error. Any account, it will not let me link it. Nothing works. The only reason why I have more than one account is because of what happened last night it created me a level zero account. This is absolutely crazy.

Still not fixed for me
- Logged off app
- Shut down Xbox Series X
- Logged on to web page using The Show log in.
- Unlinked my xbox account
- Relinked xbox account using xbox log in
- Selected xbox account that had correct level and stubs, confirmed link.
- Logged off webpage
- Looged back on to webpage, verified linked account.
- Logged on to app, account was correct, everything there
- Turned back on xbox
- Started game
- Still reset to level 1 and all progress, cards gone.
Please help

Still not fixed for me!
I don't have an option to select an account with the correct level OR stubs at all!
This needs to be fixed for EVERYONE!
I spent $200 less than an hour before this mess started and will either get my [censored] or get a FULL REFUND!! -

My content has also not been restored. Neither the site or app give me the option to link or unlink my PS5 account.

@Victor_SDS nobody including streamers have explained step by step how to unlink and link….i can see my progress in the companion app but not on my console it’s still wiped…and I don’t see this part where u say choose the correct stubs and xp? Do you see that after re linking? I hit unlink and don’t see it, does that show up after u enter the code? Can anyone plz let me know so I can try that…didn’t wanna link this 0 stub team I see, so was waiting.

@stdog I hit unlink on my console account on the show site and I’m wondering when do I see the choice you’re talking about w amount of stubs is that after you enter the code from the game on ur console that it gives that option? I can see my correct amount of stubs on the companion app but not on console? Lemme know if u can bro thanks

@GlazedDonato okay, I did unlink it but I didn’t see this option of choosing accounts before re linking so I didn’t re link yet…I see all my stuff in the companion app tho wtf
