Account Reset? 4/4/24

@Firestormx I thought about that too tbh but like I've said in a few different threads now it was after midnight and I was tired so I just decided not to pick either option and go to bed, then this morning both were at 0 anyway so idk. Think I'm gonna log off from here for a bit cuz I keep getting frustrated as we're all just going in circles here and no update from SDS yet... Thank you all for your input though and I'm glad that many of you are okay, hopefully those of us who aren't will be soon

No worries. Frustrating day for sure. As I said, I think it's terrible wording. Your account suddenly has 0 level and 0 stubs and needs to be reset to where it was. But the way they go about it gives you a heart attack if you don't realize what it's actually saying.

whats weird is the only thing not reset is my settings like my pci is set how i have it ..this just plain sucks my accounts on the show .com has level 0 0 stubs .. the psn on i linked and unlinked nothing .. they need to back up everyones show acount for 24 hours come on thwey can fix this now we cant play for weeks i was just getting cought up been playing 10 hours a day this the only games i play ... at least tell us they not fixing this i dont wanna start all over but no clue if they will fix this .. psn should have back ups .. anyone who is not linked to the app and the show.com have this issues ??? or is it just us who use the app and web site ?

@Sngambit- Unfortunately for me, neither account had the correct stubs and level. Hope they're correct that they can recover it!

@sheyworth_MLBTS according to the response I got from SDS our accounts are not gone, but we will see. They said they would let me know when there's an update but who knows when that will be. Gotta feed their content creators first I guess - funny how none of their accounts reset, ain't it.

I re linked my account with the correct stubs/level. My companion app and dashboard on the site is all fine just nothing there on console. Insane how they mess up this bad lmaooo

@Victor_SDS_MLBTS we really deserve an update on all this - fixes given on this thread didn't work or were misleading. I've spent too much time/money on this to start from scratch just because of multiple mess ups on your side

@GuyIncognito55 I have never in my 38 yrs seen something like this happen. I've seen some glitches but losing all of your progress and everything included after putting in 100 plus hours is insane!!! To me. This better be corrected fast, im hundreds in the hole!

Instead you have game history from literally playing the game today, while bouncing from thread to thread on this forum, being toxic to players who lost everything. All the while playing the game you claim is so terrible. You must be really fun at parties.

Yeah it's looking like this might be the first day since early release launch where I don't get to play. Before you jump on me for playing daily, I play after getting the kids to bed and my wife goes up to sleep, so only a few hours, but this is how I have been grinding the programs and cards and all so yes I am bummed that I won't get to play tonight and I really hope they fix this issue for us before the weekend!

I want to start by apologizing for being negative and say I really hope they get this fixed for those who lost everything. That said, it's kind of scary that there has been radio silence for like 8 hours and it's dang near time to go home on the west coast. It is leading me to believe they can't fix it and they are scrambling to figure out how to break the news.

@Victor_SDS yea tried the whole relinking thing. Doesn't really work, all my stuff is still gone this is extremely disappointing as it takes time and sometimes alot of real money to get these things. Your a big time company honestly this kind of stuff and responses are hollow and meaningless, it's unacceptable to treat people who want to enjoy a game this way give them a proper time frame response and compensation for time/money wasted on your game.

@Sngambit- A few of them did though. Koogs for sure got hit. Scann got hit but snuck out of it because it didn't show 0 on both sides.
