Account Reset? 4/4/24

We are aware of an issue that appears to be resetting accounts, and the team is working to get it resolved asap.
In the meantime, as others have suggested, you can try to relink your account in the account dashboard.
When doing that, make sure you choose the account with the correct stubs and level!Update 9:33 PM PT-

Thank you for the reports, I'm in contact with the team investigating further for the accounts that are still missing progress.The team is still working to resolve the issue preventing some users from re-linking to Switch platform.

Is it possible for an account to be deleted? I followed the step to relink and neither my mlb the show account or psn account are showing any progress or stubs. If so then that’s a huge issue and likely will likely be the nail in the coffin for this broken game.

@dpsheridan17 i agree! The show takes up almost the entirety of my gaming time yearly. If I can’t get my team back, i will NEVER play the show again. This will be the end for me

When I log in. To the link it says that my account is unlinked. What if I don’t have a mlb the show account. Idk if I ever made one. I don’t remember the username or password. I only used my own pan account to login and sign up for twitch drops and all of that. I never made an account I think. Should my own own account be enough?

Okay when i go to the section where i see my account whit my stubs and progress showing it gives me this warning PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - If you choose this, your account progress will RESET! what do i do sds.

@Victor_SDS My problem is I had around 240K stubs. 1 account says zero stubs. The other says 79K stubs. That’s about what I had before I bought 150K stub’s Tuesday night

my account says 0 or 201 and all of my cards and my pre-order 2 cards a day sign in bonus is gone.

Linking the account does not work, it shows my account as level 1 with no stubs. What is the plan for those of us who got their account reset? I do not really see a way to give us back what was lost.
