For those who just had their account wiped:

You need to relink your console account to your MLBTS account.
Go to your account here on theshow.com (top right)
Log out and log back in. Link your console account. You'll have to sign into the console account.
After signing into the console account, it should bring you back to your MLBTS account and prompt you to choose an account.
IDK if it will be the same for everyone, but for me, everything was saved to my MLBTS account. Just choose the one with all your stubs and levels.
From there you should be good. I closed the app on my console and everything was back when I launched it again.This is a massive problem that SDS needs to figure out. Why did so many accounts all get unlinked at the same time? Also be sure to check that your Twitch account is still linked too. Mine wasn't.

@GuyIncognito55 are you using your email address or an actual username?

@GuyIncognito55 have you checked your spam/promotions/social folders as well? And if so, are you sure you didn't use another email for your TS account? Outside of that, I'm not sure what else could be the issue.

I think they deleted mine for good. Both my mlb the show and psn account show level 0 and 0 stubs like nothing was ever there. Hopefully they will refund me for the game or give me all my content back.

Unless someone here's from Playstation/SDS directly; DONT do anything. Chances are you may end up making more of a mess of things.

@dpsheridan17 this is exatly what it shows for me but the weird thing is that my account was fine i had it linked without issue for a couple days until yesterday i played a event game online and after i lost stuck in a blank loading screen, i thought this is unusual so i closed app when i loaded back in everything wiped as if i have never played the game, even made me accept tos again which i had to do to make sure my team was still there (but when i look my team was not there) SDS fix this issue
