This year's version of the Show

I hate it and enjoy it at the same time. I understand SDS's approach, but I do not like the xp cap and overall low attributes of most special cards.
Last yr I only used 1 LS card. Trout and Ohtani. None mattered due to all the 99's being so much better.
This yr I've used more and the super charged cards are actually fun. Guess that's what they were hoping to see ppl use more. Make the LS a little more relevant than in previous yrs.

Really enjoying the use of live series……the team captains when you do a theme team really give a good boost to help make them even more viable at this point.

I've always preferred a power creep progression so it's been good so far. The question I have is whether it'll stay that way 3 more times this year. I have doubts because we're being limited in terms of xp, so getting to the end rewards on the path a week before having to ditch all s1 cards would not be fun.

@craigerrzz 100% in agreement. Last year by this time the LS cards were like TWENTY PAGES OVER on the market. Goofy af.
With my maxed out Arenado boost and IE some guys might never leave my lineup. Alvarez and Seager look like Finest Series cards with stats pretty much +110 everywhere.

@mattsky1593 They are actually usable!

Well, I mean, enjoy while it lasts, because for almost all of them, that is ending on the 12th.

@Shenk-O
I don't mind the power creep, but think the xp cap needs to go up a little.
-
I could see where that would be a problem, especially on a weekend when your playing a lot.

Agree with the OP. 24 is the best show gameplay wise since 17. graphics, gameplay, and control they've done a great job with in 24.
