@borderpatrollin You said you played BR.....genius. That kinda means the game is working. And apparently you've been playing it for 2 weeks since you got pre-order.
Also...you said "people wanting refunds due to just hating the game". Kinda looks like you played it for 2 weeks, decided you didnt want it anymore and now you want a full refund.

Game usage is the most important metric. And if you’re still playing, they could care less about stub sales.

@borderpatrollin what's not working exactly? Sounds like you want a refund for a game you played already...which has never been a thing you can do, even when it was disc based games.

You have to report this through the bug report not on the forum itself.

@borderpatrollin Cool story. Im sure Sony or Microsoft will care enough to dig into your game history to find out if you got credit or not.
Also, im calling BS on this one. It took you 10 games to realize you werent being credited a single win? Ok...

It’s the same thing every year now. It will not change until YOU STOP GIVING MONEY TO COMPANIES THAT DONT DESERVE IT.
What in their pre-order information showed you that this company actually put time in and used their profits to create a better product? NOTHING. Didn’t even want to spend to get better new legends.
What did you expect?
Yeah SDS should take more accountability but the customer base needs to as well.

SDS has nothing to do with refunds. That would be whichever platform you bought the game on problems.

Why? They don’t care that’s been obvious for years. Now they will fix issues but at their pace
