Whenever I start the game this pops up on my screen and it won’t let me play anything except rtts if I try to play anything else it just goes to a loading screen and then back to the Home Screen I can’t even get on the companion app it’s really frustrating.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? Can you get online with other internet required games?

If you have Xbox, go to home screen and on the show click the 3 line button and quit the game. Then click on the game and it should fix the problem, worked for me when I had that problem.

Unplug your modem/router and then boot it back up. ...Then create a new network connection on your console (use automatic/default permissions).

That's what I had to do, and that fixed it.

When I see this message I do two things: 1) I press the "X" button on Diamond Dynasty, and that usually works, 2) If that didn't work, I close the game and press the "X" button to play the game. Usually that solves the issue and my game works as intended.
