Game crashing PS5

@Jungaro07 It’s really dependent on the cause of the error. In my case the error is caused by using the daily lineup to play an exhibition vs CPU. Doing so crashes in the bottom of the third every time, but a normal exhibition game works fine. Reinstalling the game and rebuilding the database had no effect here because it looks repeatable by others and is not happening in any other games for me. If you’re getting this error in literally random times and multiple games, then yes you might need to reset.

Yes I've also had my game crash multiple times. It has only happened when I try to play a daily lineups exhibition game. I've tried playing my Tigers opening day match-up against the Sox 3 times now and it always crashes in the 3rd inning

Mine is crashing also during daily lineups on PS5 always during bottom of the 3rd. I uninstalled and re-installed the game and it's still happening. Sony fix this.

Getting closer did all the steps Sony outlined now I crashed in the bottom of the 4th instead of the bottom of third

@antler242019 I haven’t been able to finish a daily lineup game because it’ll crash in the 3rd or 4th inning and most players are announced as being their first time in the majors

@jaserino I messaged emailed Sony support but yea it’s only on daily lineups for me too which sucks cause I play that the most. Has your commentary been saying it’s the first time in the majors for a lot of veteran players?

No issues on Xbox plus it’s on gamepass. Consider playing it there for the best experience.

@Tylerslikewhoa including Daily Lineups exhibition vs the CPU? It's interesting to see how consistent the problem is across platforms. @Mr_HaYsTaCk I too get a lot of "It's his first at bat in the majors" commentary for most at bats when attempting daily lineups, which is very weird. I think there is a roster bug for the daily lineup rosters.

@day123dreamer it used to crash 2nd-3rd inning in live roster games; now it crashes when I choose my uniform

@originalPGOODY This is happening to me also on live roster games only. I am on xbox series x though and it keeps crashing at the top of the third inning everytime. I have heard this from others on seriesx as well. It appears to be happening on all consoles. They definitely have a problem that needs fixed.
