If there was a patch cpu pitching was not addressed. Still throwing way too many balls. Multiple 4 pitch walks, full counts, and beaned batters in 0-2 counts. Anybody that denies this is happening noticeably more this year on all difficulties compared to last is either delusional or collecting a check from SDS. I’m not saying it’s the worst game ever but it is frustrating waiting thru moments and conquest games for the CPU to throw 1 good pitch and 7-8 way off the plate or nibbling the corners.

I have noticed this, it's not gamebreaking in my own personal experience...but going down 3-0, then watching them get pitches barely clipping the zone for strikes(despite perfect umpiring being on) is [censored] annoying I will give you that. I find if you take the walk, your next AB with that batter you'll get more hittable pitches.

The server maintenance did not contain a patch, although barring any setback, there will be one soon. It will address many of the areas of the game and many of the topics commonly discussed here.

@CBrev47 why can't this be posted on Twitter? You're clearly trying to hide the fact this game is having problems. All the while new people buying the switch copy can't even use it. Quite an underhanded practice.
I guess we already know from a few years back you guys hate the fans. -

And you get more responses from game developers with basic human decency than with whatever this is.

I guess we already know from a few years back you guys hate the fans.Dude you're embarrassing yourself...stop. I mean that the most respectful way possible. They're going to fix it...the game is barely a week old, give it some time. They need to isolate the issue, which takes time...and then create the solution, which takes time.

One response over a week is pathetic customer service and people like you are the reason it stays that way with your "be happy you got anything" responses. I paid already, they haven't provided the service i paid for a week ago, how is that hard to understand? They had an entire year to fix and test problems like this, but again if you want to bow down and simp to companies that do this kinda nonsense then go ahead, I for one will not.

Does your universe only contain the options "simp" and "treat others with disdain?" Or is there, perhaps, a middle ground? I know it's 2024 and the middle ground has all but disappeared... but have you tried being persistent, firm, and -- get this -- also respectful?
If your game doesn't work, request a refund. If Switch players start requesting refunds left and right, that will speak their language. If you all just harass interns on reddit or whatever then you're not doing any good for anyone.

They shipped a broken product they had an entire year to make. Not only did this come with this game breaking problem, but with every glitch that was patched out last year already. Weird that every single patched out issue remains in this version. Almost like they just cut and paste it in this year and people like you are cool with it.
Also I don't feel embarrassed at all, I don't care what anyone here thinks about me, but thanks. -

Just because you don't want to accept the very obvious reason it hasn't been patched yet doesn't mean in any way shape or form that you're even remotely on the ball here. You should be embarrassed, kid ...you're making a complete a$$ of yourself here and nobody, least of all any one of the dev team that lurks here is going to take you seriously. Look, it's never gonna be perfect and I'm not over the moon about the state of some of the stuff either...but I got responses from Dev team members, don't know why. Couldn't possibly be that I was respectful and constructive with the feedback, no that can't be it
