@AstrosJake No, they know exactly how the market works. They are parking funds there to keep from hitting the stub cap (which I assume is still a thing). They know those orders aren't going to be filled, so their stubs are safe.

No they wouldn't, too risky.no telling how fast those orders would get filled then they'd be left with a lot of cards paid that much for and now he's selling half that.
The smart ones put their bank order at quicksell value on flashback cards.something 92 over or higher for the 10k qs value.
besides it's not even a week of the game(9 days for early access)it's way too soon for ppl to be banking stubs -

@mietha There's a "stub cap"? This is news to me.
And if someone's putting their stubs in somewhere they know won't be filled, why would they put it in a bronze card and not do a ton of 10k stub orders for Ohtani?

Talking about the fact you can only hold a million stubs in your account at one time so the work around is placing multiple large bids that have no hope of soon fulfillment so they are then free to accrue more presshusss stubbage and if they need a quick boost of funds they can simply cancel a few of them. That’s the stubs cap part of the question anywho

They won't add more just to satisfy impatient people.
Here is the history that I see right now, showing that the card is in the game and that people are selling it. Put in a buy order and wait like everyone else.
Once again I am baffled at some people though. When there are 3,500 plus buy orders at 1000 stubs then what is the point of people putting in 2000 buy orders at 999? Why purposefully prolong the wait over 1 stub?

Dont understand the complaints. I put in a buy order for 830 am and I got him by 3 pm the same day.

I really don't get the hype, i faced him in conquest yesterday amd crushed him, once you figure out the knuckleball he becomes very hittable. Hit 3 home runs off of him, Jose Ramirez, Judge and Palmeiro and that was playing in San Diego.

@RetroGZY probably not. People are buying him because he is a cheese card for online play, not for collections. The more people that use him online, the more people will see him, the more people will want to buy him.

Same - put an order in yesterday and got him overnight. If you want him, you don’t have to wait long.

I just played against him in RS. It’s moves more like the JFK magic bullet more so than an actual knuckleball
…You’re gonna swing & miss alot but if you connect it’s usually gone. And you can steal at will with literally any player when he throws it.Is it cheese? A crutch for bad players? Yes….But SDS made it an option for people to use so you just have to adapt.
