MLB 24 Launch - reminders [Updated 3/28]

My first impressions are good. The gameplay is much improved and the graphics continue to shine and are stunning. Every time I played last years version I was awe struck looking at the stadium graphics and that reaction continues with '24. Broadcast sounds the same with a little added commentary. Hitting seems improved slightly (as expected) and the pitching and fielding is much improved.
I don't understand comments that state the game is broken (complain just to complain). The game is great and is alot of fun. Plus the added historical parks and Bernie William (burn baby burn) are a bonus (how bout Ebbets Field next year). Keep up the good work!!!!

Only mode I can play on my switch is road to the show still. Everything else instantly crashes.

@Victor_SDS_PSN Are we able to get an update on when we can expect QoL improvements to stadium creator? Adjustable foul territory, being able to place the bullpens? Or even just using the existing minor league parks like Shippett, Laughing Mountain, Main Street, Capitol etc for templates as far as field dimension?

The game is broken because all ai pitchers, regardless of difficulty, plus player pitching on classic mode have a "Very Late" release point. Which makes 75% roughly all pitches to be thrown poorly and out of the strike zone. This incredibly hampers the enjoyment of the game. Makes the pitchers natural abilities to pitch unbalanced. It makes the game frustrating on moments, conquest and other modes where you bat against ai. Plus forces me to pitch using another mode, like pulse.
It's not working as intended. It's a big. And the past few Show games didn't have this problem.

Online rated not working? Nah, shut up and wait.
The entire Switch community locked out? Nah, shut up and wait.

I can't play any modes on switch can't do anything without it crashing. Pathetic once again. God forbid u guys learned after the last fiasco with switch users in 23. But nope same [censored].

Also in custom leagues after games are played in the middle under message board it shows one of the team current team name wrong and been this way last 4 years. Can we get this corrected as well?

Hi, It’s a great game by the way but, on the Xbox Series S the new hair physics don’t work despite it being nextgen. Also, the clouds are extremely magnified until you can see the texture pixels. We need some feedback as a community that you’re working on fixing the bugs. Thank you

It sure would be nice that the game I bought on Tuesday I could play this weekend. But with no updates, no comments on the Switch Crashing I guess I will not. You keep marketing new content, but some of your customers can't even look at current content.

A week after release and the game is a paperweight if you own Nintendo switch. Game crashes due to software errors in every mode except RTTS. How this got past quality control testing, every single one of you should be fired. It's insane to leave your customers in the dark with zero updates or information about ANYTHING for days now. On launch week. Your Twitter is so active but not a SINGLE mention of the Nintendo Switch issues? Could you be any more blatant with your lack of care for any of your customers and their hard earned money?
Never seen anything like this. An utter joke.

Any word on when we can actually start our custom leagues? Without being able to sim games causes a huge delay.
Last update caused some real players to get the glitch face. I was hoping that was a thing of the past.
Framber Valdez and Sean Manaea have gotten haircuts since early spring back in February but in game they still have there long hair.

Is there a fix coming for hitting dynamic difficulty? It doesn't increase at all.

When is the next update programmed to come out? I have noticed the Nike/jordan equipment is not available in the store, plus some equipment cards don’t match what then appears on the player (exg. Marucci diamond eyewear).

CUSTOM LEAGUE ISSUES AS OF 3/26/24
- We can't sim any games what so ever. Keep getting the roster lineup error message.

TEAM STATS do not work at all.

Player Photos when showing next 3 due up and when individual batter is up the image does not show for any of the players instead has the generic image. Same goes for pitchers.
When going to your bullpen the images for pitchers or generic style image instead of there actual in game image like offline shows and works.
Even in the video board there not showing the players actual photo.
