Why am I getting 5 server is down messages in franchise mode, 5 popup in a row, seriously 1 popup is enough.

The servers will be up in a week before the launch of MLB the Show 25

Like many others, I also bought the early access (Xbox Series X) and haven’t been able to connect to the servers yet. Why is it that SDS hasn’t replied or made a post of their own with actual info on a timeframe to fix it??

It would be nice if they did away with early access. It’s just not worth it. I’m to blame, it’s my 3rd time buying early and my 3rd time regretting it.

This always makes me shake my head. How? why? This isn't the first year of the game, they should have an excellent idea of how many are going to play based on past years and the preorders this year. I think they just try to scrape by each year at the start with the minimum number of servers they can. So I'm guessing when the regular release happens it will be even uglier.....

You had no problem taking my money yet why do I have a problem playing what I paid for. Have not been able to log in because I keep getting network error.

@Trudgeon I'm having the same issue. Why pay foe early access if it doesn't work? They had no problem taking our money though.

This is bs man, there’s literally 1 day you need the servers to work and it’s launch day.

Why is this frustrating:
- This is an annual issue. One that requires "maintenance" at 4am PST just about everyday for MONTHS.
- This is an issue during early access. The servers haven't experienced full on stress.
- SDS makes $$$ hand over fist and does nothing to improve server hardware to make this a none-issue.
- SDS will not work nor spend to fix the issue because the fan base will continue to spend $$$ regardless. So, why permanently fix it? Ignoring complaints is cheaper than improving the server environment.

Come on SDS!!!! This is ridiculous, every year we go through this. This is your job, I would get fired if I messed up something I'm suppose to be able to do everyday. Please give us an update on what is going on and when we can expect to be playing. We paid for the privilege to be able to play early and here we are at almost an hour of no play time and no update on the issue or when we can expect to be playing.

@Rhyno1986 agreed. This lack of service.. lack of updates to a paying customer would result in a lot of us losing our jobs. These scammers just rake in the dough and do absolutely nothing to fix it.
