There's always issues to iron out on launch night. Servers are struggling and nobody has received pre-orders. Be patient and they'll show up.

You can also try a few things:
- exit and re-enter the shop and community market to see if it refreshes
- restarting the app, always good practice to re-establish connection to the servers
Lots of traffic right now but if they don't show up after some time, you can submit an account issue ticket at theshow.com/support
I know it's frustrating, but we appreciate your patience.

Developing a game of this complexity is really nothing short of miraculous. You're all here because you love the game. There are reasons why you don't see other developers making games like this. SDS is the best... give them time for corrections because YOU KNOW it's going to be
