Where is the code history I can't find it

It's the same for me. I read it as saying to log in to the show 24 and then come back and redeem the pack in history to complete it.

@DivineFury75 That's my assumption now that more people are seeing the same. I asked initially because I had that error when I logged into my account.

I'm going to go on the assumption that the pack will be there when I get the game on Tuesday, it let me log into my account and then took me back to the code redemption page so in my eyes I think that it worked

Now there is a 503 error.

The page is back up now.
The instructions say to go to your console and log in and then return to complete the redemption process. I am logged into my PS account on the website and I'm logged into my blindbleeder account on my console. The site will still not finish the redemption process.

I got an invalid code when I just tried but I am not going to sweat a single pack.
