Geezus... are we using the word Legends loosely here? The names listed above there maybe handful would qualify as such. The NGL Players, guys in HoF (not beltre dude just got in hows that a Legend). I dunno, my definition of a Legend is different i guess.

It would be nice to get some bigger names but it’s not terrible.

don't you think that if he really wanted to then he would have been already, and plus all his antics on the field and being suspended for peds is a huge red flag

To me I think there is a bigger surprise looming cause the legends trailer each year always feature that one or two Signature star at the end, this year it was the Kingdome. The stream will likely feature the big legend.
I'm starting to get excited for the game but I'm tampering my expectations

@sbchamps17 SDS has already shown that PEDs arent a red flag for them. Sheffield and Ortiz have been in the game for years, they brought back Sosa and McGwire last year and they got Pettitte and Palmeiro this year.

@GradektheBard That’s not what I was suggesting. To me, the lead up to this years game is by far the least exciting and I’ve been preordering this game since the beginning. Not having a significant legend will just be icing on the cake.

Sometimes some threads are hard to take …
First: Imagine, they usually drop some legends each year, e.g. remember Ray Durham from 22 (I shouldn‘t have said that, I know :))
Second: The Trailer is always the starting point. They have always announced some over the course of the game
Third: Relax … maybe?!?To the trailer: I take it from the positive side and really love me some nice LH Johan … I never imagined, Kruk could be in … very nice imo …

I'm hoping we get A-Rod or Frank Robinson revealed during the stream on the 14th....if Beltre is the biggest "legend" and or if he's the MLB reward, that will be quite deflating.
This is really feeling like we're getting MLBTS 23.5

If I was a betting man I’d say there are more legends to be revealed. At the end of the video it showed old Mariners stadium, why would that be added to a legends trailer if it didn’t mean something. Also @sds commented on me other thread saying to watch the stream on Thursday.

All the chatter about the Kingdome makes me fear for a Harold Reynolds card or worse possible a Mark Langston or a Dale Sveum lol

Maybe, but there been many to debut mid season(most notably Honus)all new legends don't come with launch,they save a few.

At least there’s women and bigger bases now though
