Yes. As long as you're an active subscriber AND have an account correctly associated you will get the Scouting Report Pack each month.

Because the last we sent was in December. They typically start in April and end in December.

I'm still signed up but I only ever got half of them from last year. I got from August onward but never saw April, May, June, or July's
