When does the box arrive for pre orders? Since the ps5 version doesn’t come with a disc but the code is in the box does it arrive before March 15th so that it can be pre loaded?

Arrives whenever the retailer sends it out.
If you're looking to play at 12:00:01 am on release night, purchase from a digital retailer. -

The last time I ordered from PS Direct (20), it came by FedEx on early release day. Unfortunately, for me, FedEx hits my neighborhood between 3-4 in the afternoon, but at least it came on early release day.
That same year, a lot of people who preordered (and had the game delivered) from retailers (other than PS) got the game around the official release date. So, they missed out on early access play.
It would be incredible if PS sent the download key by email early, but I wouldn't count on that.
As @SaveFarris_PSN already posted, the only way to ensure play at midnight is to buy a digital download (that doesn't come with any physical items).
