I might dabble here and there, it would be nice if they added a program for each series and team around a building a theme team seeing as that was there focus on team building

@Dolenz Ah okay, wasn't sure when the typical time was. I thought it was 2pm EST, I'm not typically super up to date on content drops, pretty casual at times

They had to stop new content at some point. I mean even the Arenado and Goldy are essentially duplicated cards if you don't care about Theme Teams.
I purposely have not done the USA Conquest map or default mini seasons. So that gives me 2 conquest maps (with the new one) and I think 2 mini seasons I can just throw my theme team at.

There is kind of that in the Forever Wonders program. 7 missions to tally 50 innings with specific card series. Of course that is just one 9 inning game per series if you stack your lineup with them.

I think they misled Set 6 from the beginning. I know that almost all of us knew that as we went through the year, there might not be set 6 cards, but still. It would have been better if they said sets 1-5; then, set 6 would have been named all sets instead of set 6.

@Ericulous1_PSN - love my Bryan Reynolds Finest, but equally excited for Retro Brian Roberts. Love that card. Even in December.

I really miss the USA map being "repeatable". In the past I'd play through it multiple times for the Prospect cards.

Ah, MLB The Show 18. The only year I actually did walk away from the game. I think I lasted until May that year before giving up on those programs.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding, but I think this is all just cards from the first 5 sets you can win so you should be able to pick up a bunch of set 1 cards by playing. I played for an hour last night and got 3 choice packs with set 1-2 diamonds and about 70K in stubs through all the other packs. The forever programs are basically just a way for people to collect all the stuff they might have missed before.

I mean, it is. Kinda. (20 pack bundle).
But yeah, the prospect cards were a cash cow and were much missed this year. (Gonna REALLY be mad if they don't show up next year with a bunch of LSU alumni scheduled to take up those slots.)
