Please make them all 99's! Its the post season, these flashback cards should highlight the moment, the player, the atmosphere, dont go the route of low 90s, I understand if so, but make it mean something to grind, almost like finest.

Extreme post season moment. Win a game with the Dodgers.

They are going to have to put low diamonds in, it will be based on the wildcard round.teams that won and maybe the brewers who did put up some runs could get higher diamonds, but the Rays Blue Jays and Marlins went so quietly that one would think silvers would be accurate.

I'm incredibly biased. Need a 99 Royce Lewis

Here's the problem. If you make cards for the winners, you have to artificially lower them in some way. For example, if you gave a card to Corbin Carroll for his WildCard performance, what are going to do if he advances to the NLCS and/or World Series and lights it up? You gonna give him multiple Postseason 99 cards?
The Show had this problem 2 years in a row with Strasburg in 19 and Arozarena in 20.

I appreciate your humility my friend. Even more extreme moment, get to the postseason with the Cardinals (my first love) or Padres (my mistress).
I do think the Dodgers will win game 3 and make it a series. They are too good to be swept. Lance Lynn has been a big game pitcher in the past. I miss him in St Louis.
To the OPs point- I bet it’ll be 97-99s but a good chunk of 99s.
I expect Royce Lewis will have a 99, Evan Carter, man I can’t even remember the WC series anymore hahaha

Good point. I think if I remember correctly, they give a few 99s out each round like when Chris Taylor hit the wild card walkoff against the Cards in 2021 and got the 99. Then just hope someone else gets hot haha.

By the time the wrld series mvp drops it'll be set 5, easy work around.

4s will still be eligible.

It's a work around type deal , the set 4/ set 5 still holds value for collections.

We've got some 99s!
Some Wildcard series cards were announced:99 Willy Adames
99 Evan Carter
99 Royce Lewis
99 Jordan Montgomery
99 Bryson Stott -
Give me Orel back so I can flashback to when the Dodgers could win a full season championship.

I believe in 21 Kike had a 99 in the first program but he kept going strong in the championship series so they essentially super charged that original card and kept it super charged for the rest of the game cycle so that it was basically 125 across the board on offense. I dont know if they called it supercharged but i remember the card was good and then it became one of the best cards in the game. They rereleased the card last year but it was only the original version so it was good but not the fully maxed card.

I’m still a bit miffed about that 88 nlcs! That should’ve been the Mets moving on darn it all….but I’ve let it slide all these years for the wonderful memory Gibson gave to us baseball fans…for me that epic homer he hit (yes Hersh was the man with his scoreless innings too) was one of those memories not unlike the Challenger and 911 (except not horrible) where you never forget where you were or what you were doing when it happened. It’s been a minute though ain’t it lol

The Dodgers team took down 2 more formidable opponents for sure. They didn’t even have 100 homeruns as a team in 1988. I always thought Orel was robbed the MVP by his own teammate that year. I might or might not have permanently borrowed the box scores from the newspaper at school from all of Orel’s games during the scoreless inning streak.

Are the post-season programs separate, or is the WC program necessary in order to complete the other PS programs?

I think they'll be separate with the way the program is titled. They of course could just add to the end,it wouldn't surprise me

I don’t know. In previous years, they’ve been separate. Who knows this year. I hope they don’t use the stages format.
