Career Tribute Program a turning point?

Love the card art, the grind format (H2H or vs CPU), and the rewards. The fact that these cards are basically Core, makes it even better. Was this the plan all along....or did they listen to the Community's outrage? We will see next year.
Regardless, this year's (card expiration) format needs to be put in the bottom of the dumpster next to MLBTS 18.

The career program was probably always on the schedule for the end of the season. What we don't know is if they tweaked the structure based on feedback or was it always set up this way.

I go with no again. I think of it as a gimme like the Ohtani lighting card in comparison to the other lighting cards.

i really want to know what other games that currently are releasing are better? 23 has easily been the best mlb in a very long time, they clearly are saving the best programs for late in the cycle.
