I saw this today on mlb. I’ll link the article below it. I just can’t wait to see who ends up making it. Could this be the year for the Mariners? Will it be the Braves who might just end up being the first club ever to slug .500 as a team (think about that) or perhaps a team that’s about to make an epic run heck who knows I just can’t wait to see

The slugging percentage would be great but in all fairness up until last season for everyone else not in the AL from 1973-1996 pitchers dragged down team slugging percentage.

Mariners and Rangers start a crucial series tomorrow, i get the feeling that whoever wins that series will make the playoffs, the other will miss

Also wrote that 3 days ago, loses in 6 of there last 7 games have all but sunk the Cubs playoff hopes. Seriously the worst time to go into a slump.

I’m just worried sick the Cubbies are going to mess around and blow it. With my team out of it I decided I’m going to pull for them and the mariners in the post season but really just can’t wait to see…heck last I checked there was the potential for at least one of the wc slots to come down to a single game playoff and possibly even two. Hmmm I should check this again a lot can change (and HAS!) in a week.
Man I wish The Show was this fun to think and talk about once again I just hate how things are going I’ve only played a few hours of conquest since S4 I’m sad to report

A pool...hmmm...sounds fun.
I'm rooting against teams rather than for them. So far, I want the Rangers and Braves to go 0-3 and out...but with my luck, that's probably who we'll see in the WS.
We should begin the pool after WC play.

Well it's shaping up to be a braves vs Phillies DS rematch, so you might get the braves part.as for the rangers who can say where they'll be- win the division and they get the MIN vs WC3 winner or if they get WC2 it's Tampa then Baltimore,and HOU is lurking in there eventually so it kinda doesn't look good for them either

I’m reviving this 4 day old message. There are way more expansion teams on the chart. Just not from most of our lifetimes. The entire AL is full of them except for Baltimore.

Haha very true but i meant from the last 30 years, Tampa Bay, Miami, Arizona. I don't count Houston or Toronto but they would definitely count your right.

I was being super technical but I did say not most our lifetimes. But some guy in here said he was old enough to be my dad so for him those teams would count. Milwaukee in the NL also an expansion.

Marlins have swapped places with the Cubs again for a few hours anyways but the Brewers are destroying them 9-0 in the second so the Cubs will be back in here in about an hour.
