Calling it now, Griffey Jr and Glavine will be the Diamond Duos pack of the week.
I think it’s Giambi and Franco?

It is, i was wrong lol, i'm glad i was. Both of those shouldn't be that expensive.

We'll see how this goes. I will at least start the program today by doing the moments. I also want to do the Topps Now moments to get Tommy Edman.
It'll mean taking a short break from Starfield but I guess I can do that after a week of nonstop play.

this is awesome! SDS again proves they're the best card mode and best content provider in the biz.
I don't understand why this is so awesome. I already have.....
99 Pedro
99 Bagwell
99 Nen
99 Jeter
99 Sosa
99 McGwire3 of them are Core and 3 Expired of course.
It’s not awesome…. You nailed it.
-
I will say this, that is a lot of new cards today. Am i wrong in thinking thats over 40 new cards today?

Lets be honest the vast majority of players never complete the live series collections.
Are you talking about forum people or people who own the game in general? They sell about 1 million games a year so to say the vast majority of people don't complete the live series, I would think is false. It's September and all the junk cards I get in packs are still selling like crazy. People buying commons, bronze and silvers are not doing that to make their teams, it's to complete the LS.

I hope they go for the FOXX collection. I'll do that because I'm still having a hard time doing the TA GQ.

This is going to have to be the silver lining for me today.
I finally will have enough Set 4 cards to grab my Mookie for the collection reward. -

I meant in general. I consider most players here more serious players who devote far more hours than the average user.
I consider myself more of an average player and I have not completed the Live Series Collection. It has always been too expensive for me. Shoot, last night I checked and it would cost me almost 300K just to get the top 4 players that I am missing.
Of course neither of us can prove whether the majority do or do not complete the live series collection. So it is kind of pointless to debate it.

Yeah, still working on that Griffey Core card. Should get it by the end of the decade haha

And if anyone feels overwhelmed with all the new cards just keep in mind the missions (hit home runs for instance) will still count for the new POTM program so just plug away at one program and you should be able to finish both.

You could look at how many people got Jeter to P2 and divide by player base if you can track sales. That would be a best estimate of people who completed.
I think some of the orders for live series cards are for exchanging to get affinity done faster or people flipping. I also believe that SDS will buy back cards off the market to prevent stagnation.

Anybody notice Eric Davis is 36 just like the Charisma Eric Davis who is also 36. They’re both 97 but have different ratings.
-
wish they released this last week when we had the long holiday

Last week would have been too much with the release of the new program, as long as SDS keeps realasing content at least once a week this program will be better then the 3rd one. Problem is i know they won't we will get weeks were nothing gets released.

50, and that's not including any of the POTMs past Lowe.

Is this the biggest amount of cards SDS has relased at once? Not counting the new programs of course.
-
Most in 23 or 22 (excluding Sets/Programs releases as you say). Would have to check the archives at home to confirm any earlier dates.

He was probably 36 several months that year.

Well yeah. 12 of them but only 36 during 1 MLB season.
