What is up with BR rewards this year? Lucky to have 1 moderately interesting reward card, usually with 2 that no one wants. With the current cards out, who wants a Realmuto or McCuthen outside of pirates or Phillie fans?

McCutchen is often highly regarded, people tend to love his swing. He gets at least 1 big card a year. I remember the year he was a collection reward, people went nuts trying to get it. Realmuto on the other hand i can agree seeing as how he now has 4 cards.

His 99 collection card was fantastic last year but there are so many better OF cards this year ( and this one isn’t as good as the Finest last year). That to me it’s a letdown. I may be wrong though and people are excited about it.

Releasing 99s day one seems to have the content creators confused on what to do moving forward. All 99s are definitely not created equal and it’s become the new baseline so anything short of maxed out stats seems like a let down in one way or another. The thing that really irritates me is multiple 99s of the same player or worse yet 97s of players that already have a 99 card. It screams disorganization, laziness, and lack of foresight.

The Realmuto card really bugs me. He already has a 99 card and it's literally better than this one.

Two separate years though.
The Finest is 2012 and the MVP is 2013
In 2012 (The Finest Card) he hit for higher AVG, had a higher SLG and hit 10 more homeruns, hence the higher power ratings.
In 2013, MVP year, he stole more bases and was caught less hence the higher BR rating.
