Yeah, unfortunately this forum isn’t too great at providing help. It’s more about voicing your opinion and then either being supported or attacked depending on what side of the fence you appear to be on. There are 2 very distinct camps on here so you are gonna get attacked no matter what. Then you factor in the random troll and internet tough guy and it becomes downright toxic.

Then do so. Nobody is forcing you to do the extreme program.

But if only 5% earn the cards and they all sell them then it's not like there are extra cards on the market. It is still the same number of cards they are just in different hands.
It makes no difference to me either way though. I'm not good enough to earn it and too poor/cheap, stub-wise, to purchase it.
My issue is not the program itself I didn’t do it last year and won’t this year but to release nothing else for two weeks is dumb
Oh, I agree I have posted several times how they seem to be leaving the non-Extreme people in limbo for two weeks.
I even posted the same thing on reddit and got ridiculed and downvoted to oblivion.
My issue with the delay is that there is a good chance my already miniscule playtime is cut even more come Sept. Just too many other games I want to play coming out.
I understand not everyone wants to, or does complete all of the programs but why wouldn't people even want to attempt Extreme?
I am not what anyone would consider an average player, much worse TBH, but I will still complete every aspect of the Extreme program (Showdown, Conquest, Moments, & Mini) because I like to be challenged. I could complete it just by playing Mini on AS a bunch of times but there is no real challenge doing that IMO.
It won't be easy nor will it be quick, I will become very frustrated/irritated multiple times and will break numerous old controllers* out of said frustration/irritation, but I will complete it.
*I like to pick up a few cheap PS4 controllers at a local Pawn Shop for a buck or two to smash to pieces when I get extremely irritated. Better than breaking a $60 controller.
Once you get to Griffey you will love him, boosted by Cal he gets so much better.

you know mate perhaps you are right in that my attitude is shorter these days on forums - it just seems like such a large majority are absolutely out of their minds
i always appreciated your posts and still do - the essence of my last post to that guy was to say that i am not creating threads on this forum going on about what i think should be removed because i don't like the content or the delivery of the content
the same stuff is happening with diablo4 where you have an annoying fanbase crying about this and that - the devs cater and the latest patch is worse than before to cater to the whining masses
it is this root that i am mostly irritated about - and there are always new names flying around this forum spouting some form of nonsense
i merely observe, comment when i wish, and it's not my fault that over the past while there is a number of gimps on this forum - there are still plenty of great guys like yourself and others who have insightful and helpful ways to play this game
