Does bryce harper boost this year's all stars or only retro all stars?

Has anyone noticed a significant difference in using a captain with their Boosts? I honestly forget this is a new feature and almost never have it turned on. Am I missing out?
All of my games are played to finish programs. I rarely play with a theme team

for us to steal…sorry typo…borrow?Of course - the heavy lifting was done by @SaveFarris_PSN, and he put it on here. All I did was incorporate his info into the API database and add what was missing.
I was expecting this to take a few hours to complete, but because of the info he gave us, I was able to complete it in minutes.

Biggest thing I’ve noticed when I’ve used them is that my players seem like they beat out the close plays in the infield with much better consistency than without. I beat out a couple of hits to second base with my catcher Bo Naylor I knew something was up haha

The reason this came up for me is because of WW 16. A captain team was needed to complete the missions and I wanted to see if I could get any boosts from the cards I had (or buy a card I wanted/needed for a decent price).

I’m sure you all have already noticed this, but, for me, this is new.
Finishing up April Topps Now. Been using Santana as the Captain. And taking the fielding hit. I’m really really close to finishing and mud have a full lineup of Topps Now with a couple of them in the bench.
Just looked at the Santana Captain is NOT at tier 3. In fact, there’s no way to get him to Tier 3 in this program!
Same goes with captain Prior.
That is beyond poor implementation by SDS.
